Billing is calculated on a monthly cycle. The first invoice is prorated if you start mid-month; subsequent invoices will be for full months. All invoices are due within the payment terms on the invoice.

Are taxes and regulatory charges included in the listed price?
Listed prices are shown as base amounts. Applicable taxes, telecom levies, or regulatory charges will be added to your invoice according to local law and displayed clearly on the invoice.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prepaid or annual plans may have different refund rules—see the plan terms or contact support for specifics.
How are overages charged (e.g., extra SMS/voice minutes)?
Overage rates depend on the product and plan. We charge per unit (per SMS, per minute) at the published overage rates unless you have a custom volume agreement. Usage is visible in your dashboard in real time.
